Yes! We are currently trying to improve distribution to lower shipping cost, however, we are happy to announce that we are offering shipping on complete e-bikes that are ready to ride.
Absolutely! That is highly encouraged. However, there can be some stipulations such as bottom bracket compatibility, triangle size for battery, necessary brake sensor, etc. All of which can be discussed further if you have any questions.
We are excitingly working towards our own brand of electric bicycles in the future! However, we have ready-made e-bikes available at our shop page, please check back frequently as various models are available at different times.
We have a limited return policy on specific and certain items which includes a 7 day return window after the product has been delivered and is unused. Any sale items, and bicycles sold as complete builds, and batteries are not refundable, however, all products are tested to ensure quality assurance. More information can be found here.
We do not offer price matching although we try to stay as competitive as possible with the market and it is our mission to make biking accessible for all.
Duo Designs strives to sell only quality and reliable products although the only available warranty comes from the manufacturer, which may vary.
Yes, we can certainly do that. However, we will need to set up a consultation so that we get a better idea of what is required to build your e-bike.
Yes, our team is very limited and to ensure the best service, an appointment is required for consultations, purchase of a ready-made e-bike, and any general in-person inquiries through our contact page.
This is a case-by-case basis, e.g. if the bike was built by Duo Designs then you can schedule a full routine maintenance through our calendar book.
